  • E-mail us a nice scan or picture of your documents
  • For certificates: Send the spellings of the names in the certificates
  • We will e-mail you a quote with a link for payment
  • Once we agree on the terms, process payment through our e-mail link
  • We will translate, review, proofread, edit and certify as needed
  • You will get a PDF file of the certified translation via e-mail
  • Once you approve the translation we can mail out (if required) the original translation to you
  • We are members of ATA - American Translators Association and we follow their standards for certified translations in the USA

Faq's about Certified Translations

A certified translation is a translation of a documents that includes a Certificate of Accuracy signed by the translator attesting to the accuracy of the translation, while mentioning his/her credentials and qualifications to translate your document. The Certificate of Accuracy or Affidavit of Accuracy bears our stamps and our signatures, our information (address and telephone number), our special certified translation file number, and the logo of the ATA, and if required, it can be notarized.

Yes. Most of our certified translations include a notary signature. The signature is placed next to the signature of the translator or the representative of the office. The notary signature is from the State of Florida and is accepted in the entire United States, Canada and some European countries.

Yes. We are members of ATA - American Translators Association, the well recognized translators association in the United States. Our translations bear the logo of the ATA and the membership number.

Guarantee only applies to USCIS, employers and university records evaluation/review boards. If your translation is for a state, county or city office (especially DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles)), or for an individual college or university please contact them first to ensure that they will accept a translation that is certified and notarized in the State of Florida.
